Scott Oscher has been combining presentation arts and business smarts for over 20 years. In the 90’s, he had one foot on Wall Street and one in the theatre district.
At the American Stock Exchange, Scott spent ten years as a partner and VP of the specialist firm Crooks, Oscher & Company. Uptown, Scott was successfully producing, directing, and writing Off Broadway.
In 1999, Scott moved to Los Angeles, where he co-produced the award-winning short film, Interlude. While in LA, he saw the trend in new-media technology. Scott recognized the need for businesses to employ this medium and transform communication capabilities. Open i Networks was born.
In 2003 he brought the company back to New York and has been helping clients tell their corporate stories ever since.
Dr. Helen Rothberg lends her expertise in strategic planning and behavioral science.
As principal consultant for HNR Associates since 1987, her noted specialties are in the fields of knowledge management and competitive intelligence where she builds “shadow teams” and facilitates strategic change.
Dr. Rothberg is a Professor of Strategic Management at Marist College. Her publications appear in a host of academic and practitioner journals, conference proceedings, and business newsletters.
